This interactive session will focus on upholding and highlighting the value of short-term, limited budget experimental approaches to new and reimagined ideas. The presenters will share their experiences in achieving success with pilot programs, projects and processes launched in the Town of Coaldale, Alberta, at the University of Lethbridge, and in the City of Lethbridge. The presentation will suggest a roadmap for successfully building and launching pilots, followed by opportunities for audience participation to enrich the learning at this session.
