CIP is seeking members for our Indigenous Advisory Committee which will help shape the development of our Reconciliation Action Plan. The Committee will provide perspectives on Indigenous knowledge, values, teachings, and worldviews to help guide our planning practices and policies.
The Indigenous Advisory Committee will strive to meet the following membership composition:
- Diverse representation from different Indigenous Nations, cultures, regions, genders, and age groups
- At least one member who is an Indigenous Elder or knowledge keeper
- At least one member between the ages of 18-25
CIP membership is not required to apply for this opportunity. References may be requested for shortlisted candidates.
Committee members will be fairly compensated for their time and expertise based on best practices.
