These are exciting times for CIP. With a bold, new strategic plan, we are focusing on providing greater impact and value to our members.
As part of that commitment, we have been working hard with our PTIA partners on transitioning to a new member services database and Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) system. Together, these will provide a much-improved and refined user experience for all members.
As a result, a number of online member records and services will temporarily be unavailable from August 14, 2022, to early November 2022.
We strongly encourage you to log into your primary member portal by 11 p.m. EST on August 13, to take the following recommended actions:
- download current and past invoices
- review and update your membership and contact information
- update and save a copy of your CPL records, if applicable
During the transition period, the Plan Canada archives and CIP Professional Learning HUB will remain available. The CIP membership directory will be offline until November 2022; however, PTIA member databases will be available.
As of August 14, the CIP member login page will be updated with a detailed list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to address specific services affected by the transition and ways that CIP will support members.
